A new Netflix Paris real estate show is already gathering attention. And nobody has watched it yet!

The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties premieres May 31. Ahead of its launch on Netflix, we take a look at the streaming giant’s hottest new property.

Paris, always popular on Netflix

It seems there’s a new Paris-based Netflix show every few months.

Last fall Emily in Paris raced to the top, becoming one of the most-watched shows on the platform. It was quickly renewed for a second season, currently shooting in various locations around the city.

Other popular Paris-based programs include Lupin and Call My Agent. We covered some of these in this blog earlier in the year.

Following on the heels of these shows, The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties hopes to replicate some of their success. But there is a major difference… this one is a reality show.

There are obvious parallels to Selling Sunset, another hugely popular Netlix offering. Only this one swaps the cool real estate of LA for the classic European chic of Paris.

The new Netflix Paris real estate show

The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties is set in the world of luxury real estate in the French capital. It’s an area we are more than a little familiar with here at 56Paris!

Stars of the show are a real-life family and their luxury real estate firm. Their agency is very much a family affair. Every member plays a specific role in the business, which operates from an office outside of Paris, in a suburb called Boulogne.

The family invited the cameras to follow them, as they show clients around beautiful, luxury properties, and hopefully make that all-important sale.

All episodes of the latest Netflix Paris real estate show are available to stream starting May 31st.

The most beautiful properties in the world

We could be a little biased, but we believe that properties in Paris are the most beautiful in the world.

So of course, we are all eager to watch the new Netflix Paris real estate show and to see which apartments are featured.

While we wait, you can view a wide selection of luxury properties currently for sale through 56Paris.

Just one example is this special Ile Saint-Louis property. Not an apartment, this is actually the only freestanding house on the island, overlooking the Seine.

A 1,670 sq. foot three-story, three-bedroom home, it’s located right in the center of Paris. With its exceptional location, it’s easy to explore the rest of the capital from this unique pied-à-terre, rental investment, or primary residence.
