"Kerstin, Anne and and everyone at 56Paris Real Estate were the perfect team for helping us find and purchase our own apartment in a pitch-perfect Paris neighborhood in the Sorbonne Quartier of the 5th arrondissement. An excellent search and selection process quickly honed in on the right property that more than met our checklist of needs and wants. We wound up with much more quality in the property than I thought we would achieve."

"We now own the perfect apartment in Paris! Without the entire team at 56Paris, including their extensive network of legal, FX, architectural, banking and insurance professionals, the process of finding, closing and renovating an apartment in Paris would have been impossible. Their energy, professionalism, responsiveness and ability to communicate in multiple languages is top notch. I highly recommend utilizing their services for understanding the Paris market, purchasing a property, and assisting with ownership."

My experience working with 56Paris was just extraordinary - I couldn’t rate them highly enough! Kerstin, who is fluent in English, French and German, worked with me remotely, doing the initial evaluations of an apartment I’d found online while I was in NYC. She visited the place and provided a virtual tour to confirm that it was exactly what I was looking for. She pointed out the strengths and highlighted the weaknesses of the place. We visited it together in person, and she told me she felt the property was overpriced. She handled the negotiations, and brought the price down nicely. She introduced me to a good contractor and an experienced facilitator, and helped me look for an architect to handle the renovation. Ultimately, although the apartment was perfect, I suffered a financial reversal, and was unable to go through with the deal. She handled my disappointment - and hers - with tremendous kindness and understanding. An absolutely perfect experience, and I can’t imagine having a better realtor to represent a buyer’s interests. Just the BEST.

Buying an apartment in Paris is a daunting task with no multi listing service and far more complexities in the process than we have in the U.S. To the rescue come Kerstin Bachmann and Ana Maria Grisanti of 56Paris Real Estate. These ladies are professional, prompt, organized and experienced! We always felt during our search that they had our backs: knowing what questions to ask, when to ask them and then pushing for answers when necessary. They know the Paris market intimately and they really got to know our preferences too. This was essential because they lead us to places we may not have considered, while also politely discouraging some "finds" we saw on the internet. Both Kerstin and Ana Maria were available to answer all of our many questions, and we had many laughs with them touring apartments before we found "the one." Merci to Kerstin and all her team for such a wonderful buying experience! Your services were worth their weight in gold!
