A show that’s always of interest to 56Paris blog readers, we’re taking a look at the latest Emily in Paris real estate that appears on screen.

But fans of the hit show had to wait longer to watch Emily’s latest Parisian adventures this time. The delay was due to the writers’ strike, which halted many film and TV productions.

So the latest season was very eagerly awaited – especially for those interested in seeing more beautiful Paris locations on the small screen.

Before we begin, you might also like to read about the Emily in Paris real estate that was featured in season 3.

Paris on the small screen

The fourth season of Emily in Paris is finally here after an 18-month wait, and many fans were impatient while awaiting its return to streaming platform Netflix. Especially when the new season was split into two parts!

But now, all the new episodes are streaming and available to watch.

With its signature blend of humor, romance and Parisian charm, the show continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

Alongside its colorful, almost cartoon-like characters, the series is renowned for showcasing the beauty of our city, making viewers fall in love with the French capital all over again.

Season 4 is no different, highlighting even more iconic Parisian locations, from historical landmarks to hidden gems.

The Baccarat Museum in the 16th

Every episode showcases another Parisian landmark, from the famous ones every tourist wants to tick off – such as the Sacré Coeur and the Louvre – to lesser-known buildings.

One of the new memorable locations seen in season 4 is the Baccarat Museum, housed in the former hôtel particulier (private mansion) of the Marquis de Sade. It’s just across the river from the Eiffel Tower.

This exquisite mansion is now home to the luxurious Galerie-Musée Baccarat, where you see Emily strolling through halls filled with shimmering crystal masterpieces during the masked ball.

Found in the 16th arrondissement (district) of Paris, the museum offers a glimpse into the opulence of Parisian aristocratic life, merging art, history and elegance in a setting that feels both intimate and grand.

In real life, visitors here can also enjoy a drink in the opulent bar and restaurant, lined with crystals and a showcase for the signature Baccarat chandeliers.

Hôtel Lutetia in the 6th

The only hotel on the Left Bank to have palace status, the Hôtel Lutetia also makes an appearance in season 4.

Built in 1910, the Lutetia’s Art Nouveau architecture and sophisticated air transport visitors back to the golden age of Paris. And it’s actually located not too far from the 56Paris office!

This historic hotel has been the backdrop for many important moments in the city’s history, and now it adds Emily in Paris to its long list of glamorous associations.

Here, in Le Bar Josephine, visitors can even enjoy Emily’s favorite cocktail – a Kir Royale.

It’s one of the best spots in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area, a renovated space with high ceilings and decorated with original frescoes.

All in all, the Lutetia is a quintessential Parisian landmark that’s well worth visiting.

More Emily in Paris real estate

In the fourth season, even more Parisian gems appear on screen.

The flea market where Cami and Sofi go shopping is the Marché Clignancourt. This outdoor market, originally dubbed a marché aux puces (flea market), is at the northern gate of Paris opposite the 18th arrondissement, and is like a small town filled with antique shops.

With more than 5 million visitors per year, it’s actually the largest antiques and second-hand goods market in the world!

Another spot seen on screen this season is the elegant restaurant where Luc takes Sylvie to ask for a raise.

In real life, it’s the L’Ambroisie restaurant on Places de Vosges in the Marais. Set in an 18th-century former hôtel particulier, it’s a highly exclusive eatery serving up 3-starred Michelin haute cuisine.

A special showcase on the 5th

Emily’s romantic garret apartment, set on the sixth floor of a historic building on the Place de l’Estrapade, is one of the standout locations for viewers.

This is in the 5th arrondissement, the oldest district of Paris, and many more nearby landmarks regularly feature in the show, including the Pantheon, the Sorbonne and the Luxembourg Gardens.

This area with its bakeries, little cafes and bookstores is now something of a mecca for Emily fans.

Gabriel’s bistro is here – in real life it’s an Italian restaurant called Terra Nera. In tribute to the show, the menu features a dish named ‘Tagliata di Manzo Emily’. It’s a sliced beef tenderloin served with arugula, parmesan cheese and Modena vinegar sauce.

Just five minutes’ walk away, we currently have this breathtaking three bedroom off-market property for sale. It offers stunning high ceilings, herringbone hardwood floors, a marble fireplace, plus floor-to-ceiling French windows and balconies.

In a highly coveted location across from the iconic Luxembourg Gardens, it provides beautiful views directly onto the park.

European locations – not in Paris!

Viewers of the show will notice that in season four, Emily travels further afield around Europe. This means there are many locations not just outside of Paris, but also in other countries too.

These include the artist Claude Monet’s house and gardens in Giverny, and Megève, a ski resort village in the French Alps.

And in Rome, Italy, the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are also prominently featured.

Despite our name, here at 56Paris we can also help with buying property in these stunning European locations too.
