At first, we were surprised why some of our international clients would want to buy their pied-à-terre in a residential neighborhood like the 17th arrondissement, a bit further away from the center of Paris. But while searching for them, we quickly (re)discovered the charm of the area. The village-like, traditional feel with the Marché des Ternes and rue Poncelet Street Market, the beauty of the grand turn-of-the-century constructions, and the calmness of the neighborhood—it all made perfect sense.
